Un recurso de APT para MNP nuevos y establecidos
Este kit de herramientas tiene por objeto proporcionar orientación práctica a los MNP nuevos y establecidos, reuniendo en un solo lugar las respuestas a las principales preguntas que tienen sobre su desarrollo institucional, sus actividades, sus modelos y su trabajo con otros.
Se puede acceder al material del conjunto de instrumentos utilizando los títulos que figuran a continuación o buscando preguntas específicas mediante el cuadro de búsqueda.
Vulnerabilidades en detención
Cuando se les priva de su libertad, algunas personas se encuentran en una situación de especial vulnerabilidad. Entre esos grupos figuran las mujeres, los niños y las niñas, las personas con discapacidad, las personas LGBTI, las personas migrantes, las personas adultas mayores y otros/as. Las necesidades específicas de esas personas suelen descuidarse en los lugares de detención, y las respuestas son en la mayoría de los casos inapropiadas.
