The NPM toolkit aims to provide practical guidance to new and established NPMs by gathering in one place answers to the major questions they have on their institutional development, activities, models, and working with others.
The toolkit has been developed by APT with the generous financial support of the City of Geneva. It would also not have been possible without the advice of a sounding board of NPM experts, including Esteban Vargas Ramirez, Alessandro Albano, Walter Suntinger, Nika Kvaratskhelia, Helga Fastrup Ervik, Johannes Flisnes Nilsen, Mette Jahnsen Wannerstedt, and Silje Sønsterudbråten.
