Our team

Daniel Fyfe is Research Officer at the APT, with over 10 years of experience in human rights. Prior to joining the APT, he worked in different capacities across the UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR), including in the Country Office in Colombia, the complaints procedure to the Treaty Bodies, the Secretariat of the Subcommittee for the Prevention of Torture and the thematic team on the right to health. He has also worked for the UN Verification Mission in Colombia and FIAN International. Daniel holds a Master’s degree in Human Rights from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a Master of Advanced Studies in International Law in Armed Conflict from the Geneva Academy. He is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
