Peggy Bünzli
Margaret (Peggy) Bünzli serves as APT Finance Manager. In addition to managing the accounting and financial processes of the APT, she coordinates the annual audit of both APT and the Convention Against Torture Initiative (CTI), prepares the annual financial statements for both organisations, and financial reporting to donors. She supports the Secretary General in the development and implementation of the annual budget, and periodic reporting and strategic financial advice to the Board. Peggy brings over 20 years of experience in financial management, strategic planning and team leadership across Switzerland and the USA, in the public and private sectors, including as Budget Director for the City of Boulder, Colorado (USA), CFO of a Swiss green tech startup, and Finance Manager for the International Baccalaureate Organisation. She has an MA in Education and an MBA in finance and strategy, and speaks English, French and Spanish.
