Laurence Pavia
Laurence Pavia is the Administration and Human Resources Manager at APT, where she oversees all aspects of the employee lifecycle in APT’s multicultural environment, while also supporting the HR needs of the Convention Against Initiative (CTI). Known for her proactive, ethical and resilient approach, she brings a strong background in Swiss HR law, recruitment, logistics, and employee relations. With over a decade of experience in luxury hotels, Laurence advanced through various HR roles, also managing Quality and Learning & Development projects. She simultaneously led charitable projects (mainly with the Ligue Genevoise contre le cancer) and fostered inclusive, growth-oriented workplaces. Laurence holds a Master’s degree and a Swiss HR Federal diploma. She is fluent in French, English, and Italian.
