Our governance bodies

Emilio Congco is the Communications Manager at APT, bringing a strong background in nonprofit communications and a passion for the intersection of communications, marketing and art. Previously, he served as a Communications Officer at both the Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue and Interpeace. His research delves into how visual imagery shapes branding and influences global discourse. Emilio holds a Master’s degree in Development Studies from the Geneva Graduate Institute and is currently expanding his expertise with an MSc in Strategic Marketing at Imperial College London. He speaks French, English and Filipino.
