Our governance bodies

Cécile Trochu Grasso is APT Fundraising Manager. Cécile joined the APT as Fundraising Officer in February 2017 and later advanced to Fundraising Manager. A seasoned professional in human rights, Cécile brings expertise in advocacy, capacity building, project management and over a decade of experience in fundraising. Her approach to fundraising emphasises strategic, collaborative relationships with donors, grounded in accountability, transparency, responsiveness, and impact. Before joining APT, Cécile served as Project Manager at Franciscans International and Coordinator of the Child Rights Programme at the World Organisation Against Torture. She holds law degrees from universities in Switzerland and France. She speaks French and English.
