Bosnia and Herzegovina - OPCAT Situation

Bosnia and Herzegovina has ratified the OPCAT in October 2008. They made a declaration under Article 24 of the OPCAT in April 2011, postponing the designation of their National Preventive Mechanism for three years.

Consultations on the structure of the NPM have been ongoing since 2009.

The SPT member Milos Jankovic is the SPT Focal Point for Bosnia and Herzegovina.
